This stunning 1938 Packard 1601 Series, 1197 4 Door Convertible Sedan is a beautiful example of Collectible American Automotive History. You'll be proud to take her to shows or simply enjoy for family cruising and Art in your garage. She is “turn-key” ready when she arrives at your home. We are offering this Packard for the daughter of the gentleman who purchased it over 35 years ago. We are told that the restoration was completed over a 3 to 4 year period in time to take it to the Packard Automobile Classics National Meet in the year 2000, its first time shown since the restoration. Since then, it has been cared for, shown and enjoyed as any grand Packard should be. Unfortunately, it simply doesn't fit in to the retirement plans with the daughters family. The restoration has held up incredibly well noting the very few miles it has traveled and its loving care and storage in a climate controlled environment.
