Inside you are greeted by a custom black and red interior, featuring earlier low-back seats and new seat pans that have been reupholstered. The black interior is complemented by matching black and red color detailing, including a new headliner that creates a comfortable ambiance inside the cab. Outside, the black paint on this Beetle gleams without a scratch or ding, reflecting the care and attention that has been put into this build. There is also a JVC bluetooth stereo, full-size spare wheel and tire located in the trunk.
Since its restoration, this Beetle has received a series of upgrades aimed at enhancing both performance and comfort. This Beetle has a rebuilt 1600cc engine with a larger cooling fan and oil cooler. The 1600cc motor is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, allowing a fun analog driving experience. From a custom exhaust to an alternator conversion and extended oil capacity with a sump pump and oil filter, nothing has been overlooked on this rebuild.
Purchased in 2014, this Beetle has accumulated 30,972 miles on the odometer since its restoration. While it was previously issued a rebuilt title in North Carolina, since its rebuild, it has been issued a blue Texas title. The vehicle has now passed the required Texas DOT inspection and has been issued a new Texas clean title and registration.
