Mercury's version became so iconic that most of these classics have been customized beyond restorable condition, leaving very few original examples. This stunning Maywood Green (13) 1950 Mercury Eight Coupe is the polar opposite of those custom creations, and is perhaps the best preserved example extant. Additional features include a 3-speed manual transmission, correct Tan Gray Bedford Cord trim (62), a classic Fulton Sun Shield visor, and brand new Coker Classic wide whitewall tires (215/75R15) wrapped around steel wheels. We believe this to be an actual 22K mile car as did the top-shelf collector we acquired it from.
