Desoto made a name for themselves as building mid-level vehicles, along side Dodge, under the Chrysler umbrella competing against the likes of Pontiac, Studebaker and Hudson. The Firedome was Desoto's designated V8 model and was produced from 1952 to 1959. This 1955 Desoto Firedome is a very nice, driver quality example of these great classics.
