This 1931 Packard 833 5-Passenger Phaeton is a stunning representation of pre-war luxury. Restored in the 1970s, it retains its elegant black exterior with cream pinstripes and a rich green interior. The straight-8 engine is smooth, silent, and full of torque, with a recent refresh and proper detailing including correct engine enamel and new hardware. It features an original canvas top with side curtains, a full trunk rack, and removable top saddles. While some interior wear is visible, the car is mechanically sound and ready to tour. The 3-speed manual shifts cleanly, the brakes are effective, and it cruises comfortably at 50 MPH.
