1930 Ford Model A Panel Delivery Restomod

Classic Car Addict is proud to present this all steel 1930 Ford Model A Panel Delivery restomod for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. This Ford received a professional frame-off restoration with photos. Ford began manufacturing the panel delivery in 1929 to meet the demand for light duty closed vehicles to carry sensitive or perishable cargo for florists, dairies, bakeries, jewelers or furniture suppliers. Although 1.2 million Ford Model A vehicles were manufactured with nine models that year, only 4,600 sedan deliveries rolled off the assembly line.
The front bench seat is upholstered in maroon and are joined by black door panels and headliner is finished in maroon. Interior appointments include power bench seat, power windows, Vintage AC (blows cold), and a Panasonic overhead AM/FM/CD player with AUX. A four-spoke Lecarra tilt steering wheel with cruise control sits ahead of a suite of white-faced Classic Instrument gauges showing water temp, oil temp, 120-MPH speedometer, 8K RPM gauge, fuel level, and battery voltage. The odometer shows 6,005 miles since restoration. It also features a Lokar performance emergency brake and throttle cables.
The steel bodywork was refinished in maroon and black in the early 2000's. It features a tilt-out windshield, door mounted side mirrors, running boards, and a new black vinyl top. Model A 16” wheels are mounted to Highliner tires measuring 6.50-16LT out back and 6.00-16 up front. The Ford has coilovers on all four corners and four-wheel disc brakes.
The Model A features a 327HP with FI Heads from a 1968 Chevrolet Corvette with a turbo 350 automatic transmission. Additional features include Edelbrock performer carburetor, Edelbrock air cleaner, and Edelbrock valve covers. It does have the original Ford constructed trim tag and the Ford Model “A” year built trim tag showing V Brooks was the owner and it was number 9596. The Ford will be sold on a clean Arizona title with restoration photos and a book of receipts.
