1966 Chevrolet Impala SS two-door hardtop. A genuine Super Sport (SS) model, this vehicle features the vibrant Red bucket seat interior paired with an Irvine White exterior paint, complemented by distinctive chrome accents. Under the hood, a 396 BIG BLOCK V8 engine with 1966-era correct oval ported heads and a mild cam. Featuring 4-on-the-floor four-speed manual transmission, American Racing polished five-spoke wheels, and Hankook white letter radial tires. Equipped with dual exhaust headers, an aluminum radiator with a dual electric fan system, a newer alternator, and an Edelbrock intake manifold and carburetor, headers and dual exhaust. The stereo powers on but no sound. Aftermarket gauges, including a tachometer and oil pressure gauge, complement the factory instruments. Wipers, and heater blower motor functional. Comes with a center console, gauges, trim and jack parts and more. Recent maintenance includes new tires, lower ball joints, coolant service. On the road the car's smooth operation on the highway, reliable braking, responsive steering and great sounding big block stand out.
