This 1927 Chevrolet AA Capitol is a wonderfully preserved example of Chevrolet's late-1920s sedan lineup, finished in a striking Tunis Blue with black fenders, roof, and trim. The era's upright, formal sedan styling is on full display, with a nickel-plated grille shell, dual round headlamps, and a period-correct cowl lamp. At the same time, blue-painted solid wheels and whitewall tires tie the color scheme together beautifully—a rear-mounted spare tire with a bullet-style mirror rounds out the exterior presentation. Inside, the cabin offers a charming, formal touring-car atmosphere, with gray mohair-style upholstery, a fold-down center jump seat for additional passenger capacity, and a wood-rimmed steering wheel. Roller window shades and small bud vases mounted to the door pillars — complete with fresh flowers — add wonderfully authentic period touches that speak to the elegance of automobile travel in the late 1920s.
