1966 Chevrolet Impala SS 2dr Hardtop finished in Tropic Turquoise paint with primer showing. Paint will need work to be finished up, the paint that is already on the car shows its age as well. This is 3-owner vehicle out of North Dakota, comes with the Protect-o-plate and owner's manual. Powered by the 327 300HP V8 that is paired up with the optional Powerglide automatic transmission and 12 bolt Posi. Nicely equipped with power steering, power brakes, and A/C. A/C components are there but isn't to be connected. Engine does have 148,000 miles on it, could be refreshed. Riding on Cragar SS wheels with Cooper Cobra radials. The underside has been blasted and finished along the line. Comes highly optioned with tinted glass, power windows, a/c, powerglide transmission, rear antenna, rear window defog, tilt column, seat belts, tissue holder, and power glove box trunk release. Trim and brightwork will go with the car also. Things done to this already include rear glass replaced, new windshield, trunk pan replaced, new plugs, new wires, oil changed, wheel cylinders, hoses, brake lines, brake shoes, complete 2.5" heartthrob exhaust (front to rear), new ball joints, tie rods, shocks, and carb rebuilt. Some metal panels have been replaced by the back window also. This will come with the original wheels, wheel covers, and tires. Turquoise vinyl bench seat interior with center console and automatic on the floor. Door panels, carpeting, and seating are all original and do show some wear over time. Driver's seat has some separation and tears, see still pictures. Wipers are in working order, radio powers up but did not get a station. Great starting point for your next project or drive it as-is!
