The Ford Model A was the successor to Ford's extremely successful Model T, debuting in 1927. The Model A proved to be another great success for Ford, selling 3 million units by 1930. This 1930 Ford Model A Roadster is a very nice, restored example of the first car offered by Ford to have conventional driver controls. The driving experience of one of these historical vehicles, will force you to slow down to an earlier time. Driving a Model A, you also have to "feel" the vehicle and get to know it on a more personal level. The restoration of this Model is older, but still presents well. The Yellow and Black exterior is in very good condition with only minor defects and scratches to note in the paint. The exterior chrome and stainless is in excellent condition. The exterior is enhanced by the factory style spoke wheels wrapped in wide white wall tires, and the brown and orange stripping. The Tan, fabric convertible top is in excellent condition and is equipped with a glass rear window. The factory frame for the roadster top is also in very good condition and functions as is should. This Model A Roadster does have the desirable, rear "Rumble Seat" and it is finished in the same Brown leather as the interior. The Brown leather interior is in excellent condition with little to no wear present. Powering this great Model A Roadster is its L-Head, inline 4 cylinder engine backed by its 3 speed manual transmission. Both the engine and transmission perform just as they should. The handling is definitely is not the same as a late model vehicle, and takes more effort then one. If you are in the market for a very nice, turn-key ready Ford Model A Roadster that will seat 4 and will present very well at your local cruise-in or car show, then you will want to take a close look at this one here.
