GR Auto Gallery is pleased to bring to your attention this 1976 Triumph TR-7 for your consideration. The Triumph offered here is a one owner example and has been owned for the last 46 years by the same person. The car has been maintained by "Mostly Jaguar" in Kalamazoo its whole life. Every winter the car was put away and up on jackstands. Powering the TR7 is a very well sorted 2.0 liter 4 cylinder motor mated to a crisp manual transmission. Highlights include rear defrost, air conditioning, AM/FM radio, owner's manual, custom car cover and jack stands for storage. The TR7 is finished in Java Green over cloth interior. The body appears to be straight and solid and shows well. So, if you're in the market for an excellent British classic sure to turn some heads, this TR7 is for you. Please call or email us today for more information.
The Triumph TR7 is a sports car which was manufactured from September 1974 to October 1981 by the Specialist Division (latterly the Jaguar-Rover-Triumph division) of British Leyland in the United Kingdom. The car was launched in the United States in January 1975, with its UK home market debut in May 1976. The UK launch was delayed at least twice because of high demand for the vehicle in the US, with final sales of new TR7s continuing into 1982.The car, characterized by its "wedge" shape and by a swage line sweeping down from the rear wing to just behind the front wheel, was commonly advertised as: "the shape of things to come".
