Vintique Motors is thrilled to present this 1941 Chevrolet AK restomod!

This '41 Chevy was built by a custom shop based in Colorado for their Bozeman, MT based client in which it was completed in 2016 and then we acquired it from this gentleman in September 2022. It is finished in Metallic Blue over a custom cognac leather bench seat interior. For power, it features a fuel injected GM Performance Ram Jet 350ci V8 engine producing 351hp at 5,000rpm and 403 ft/lbs of torque at 3,600rpm mated to a GM 700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive connected to a Ford 9" rearend. It also features an aluminum radiator and headers running through a 2.5" exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Underneath consists of a custom chassis with a coil over suspension with Viking Performance adjustable shocks.

The truck was built with the restomod treatment and is equipped with power rack and pinion steering, Wilwood power disc brakes, air conditioning and heat from Vintage Air. It also features an IDIDIT tilt steering column, a Lokar shifter, AutoMeter gauges, and a custom JL Audio sound system with a 10" subwoofer mounted under the seat cushion along with 2-speakers and an aux cord to plug in your phone. Additionally mounted under the seat is the amplifier, battery, battery tender, and fuse box.

The custom interior is beautifully appointed in a rich cognac color with a leather bench seat, color matched carpet, color matched custom headliner, and a body color painted dash with a period correct steering wheel wrapped in a color matching leather. The bed features gorgeous wood slats with chrome trim and a custom-built carpet-lined and lockable storage box that is painted body color. A custom fit rubber mat lays over the wood bed to protect it from cargo. A recessed lockable gas filler cap is also mounted on the bed floor for easy refueling.

This truck was built to hit the road in comfort and style and features paint protection film on the nose and running boards. It also features halogen headlamps and LED taillamps and rides on color matched 15" steel wheels wrapped in Michelin radial tires sized 205/70R15 in front and 235/75R15 in back with 2016 date codes. With 4,875 miles on the build, the previous owner did get this truck out on the road and paint imperfections are documented in the gallery.

It is a beautiful build that is sorted and reliable with many modern conveniences wrapped in an iconic 1941 Chevrolet design topped off with the massive, chromed waterfall grille. We have personally had this truck out cruising earlier this year and it had no problems humming along at 90mph with the tunes on and as such, it is being offered as a turn-key ready to drive truck.
